To provide the PromptVault service, we collect specific information when you interact with our platform:

  • Account & Profile Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials securely via our database provider. We also collect profile data, which may include your username, profile picture (avatar), bio, and platform metrics (followers, reputation scores).
  • User-Generated Content: Any prompts, descriptions, AI tool tags, and use-cases you manually submit to the platform.
  • AI Tool Inputs: Goals, context, and external AI outputs pasted into our dynamic tools (like the Prompt Architect).
  • Platform Usage: We track anonymous interactions such as search queries, prompt views, upvotes, follows, and "copy to clipboard" actions to improve our trending algorithms and user experience.

2. How We Use and Display Your Data

Your data is strictly used to operate, secure, and improve PromptVault:

  • Public Display: To foster our ecosystem, your profile data (username, avatar, bio, follower count, reputation) and your submitted prompts are displayed publicly on our Community and Browse pages.
  • Service Improvement: Text inputs provided to our AI generation tools may be utilized to improve our services or expand our public library of structural templates.
  • Search & Vectorization: To process your prompt text through third-party AI models exclusively for generating mathematical vectors (embeddings) to power our semantic search engine.
  • Account Management: To manage your saved collections, upvote history, and to communicate important account alerts or service updates.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners required to run the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Google for AI search vectorization and content generation). These providers are bound by their own strict data processing agreements.

4. Public Disclosure & User Responsibility

By utilizing PromptVault, you acknowledge that information on your public profile and your submitted prompts is visible to the public.

  • Scraping and Indexing: Publicly displayed information may be indexed by search engines or accessed by third parties. PromptVault is not responsible or liable for how third parties use, capture, or store data you choose to make public on the platform.
  • Sensitive Information: You are strictly prohibited from submitting sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information (PII) within your prompts, usernames, or bios. PromptVault assumes no liability for the disclosure of personal data you voluntarily include in public-facing areas.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account, remove your public profile, and delete your submitted prompts from our database, please contact us at limboschenterprise@gmail.com.
