To provide the PromptVault service, we collect specific information when you interact with our platform:

• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address, name/username, and authentication credentials securely via our database provider.
• User-Generated Content: Any prompts, descriptions, AI tool tags, and use-cases you manually submit to the platform. Note: Do not submit sensitive or personally identifiable information within your prompts.
• AI Tool Inputs: Goals, context, and external AI outputs pasted into our dynamic tools (like the Prompt Architect).
• Platform Usage: We track anonymous interactions such as search queries, prompt views, upvotes, and "copy to clipboard" actions to improve our trending algorithms.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to operate and improve PromptVault:

• To display your submitted prompts to the public directory and credit your account.
• Service Improvement & Content Generation: Text inputs provided to our AI generation tools may be anonymized, modified, and utilized to improve our services or expand our public library of structural templates.
• To process your prompt text through third-party AI models exclusively for generating mathematical vectors (embeddings) to power our semantic search engine.
• To manage your saved collections and upvote history.
• To communicate important account alerts or service updates.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners required to run the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Google for AI search vectorization and content generation). These providers are bound by their own strict data processing agreements.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove your submitted prompts from our database, please contact us at limboschenterprise@gmail.com.
